Shipping policy

Shipping

Every order ships with tracking. You'll receive your tracking number when your order ships.

United States

  • Contiguous US (lower 48 states and Washington, DC): Free 2-day shipping on every order, with no minimum. The estimated arrival date for your order is shown on each product page before you check out.
  • Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and US territories: Free shipping via USPS Priority Mail. This includes the US Virgin Islands, Guam, American Samoa, the Northern Mariana Islands, the Federated States of Micronesia, the Marshall Islands, Palau and US Minor Outlying Islands.
  • APO, FPO and DPO addresses: Free shipping via USPS Priority Mail.

Delivery estimates count business days (Monday–Friday) and don't include weekends or public holidays. Delivery to Alaska, Hawaii, US territories and military addresses can take longer than 2 days.

International

  • Canada: $25 flat rate.
  • United Kingdom, Europe, Australia, New Zealand, Japan and select other countries: $40 flat rate. We currently ship to Australia, Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hong Kong, Hungary, India, Ireland, Israel, Italy, Japan, Luxembourg, Mexico, the Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Saudi Arabia, Singapore, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, the United Arab Emirates and the United Kingdom.

International orders ship Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU). Any import duties, taxes or customs fees charged by your country are your responsibility and are collected by the carrier at delivery. Delivery times vary by destination.

Pre-order items ship on the estimated date shown on the product page.

Refused shipments

If you refuse a shipment from Ministry of Supply, you're responsible for the original shipping charges, which are deducted from your merchandise refund. Refunds are issued once the package is received and processed by our fulfillment center, which can take up to 7–10 business days after delivery, not including bank processing times.
